Anchor Your Stress provides players with the skills needed to help manage stress and anxiety. This game helps children deal with anxiety-provoking situations. It also provides practical thinking skills that include self-talk, coping mechanisms and relaxation techniques. With two decks of 50 cards each (one for grades k-2, one for 3-5), each card provides an open-ended question that the player must answer before requesting a matching card.
