My order is over $500.00 How will I be able to obtain the discount?

Log in to your account, add items to your cart and proceed to Checkout. Under My Cart/Review- Update, choose Update Cart, then click on Submit for Quote. This takes your order directly to staff who will contact you with discounted pricing and options to pay. You can also contact the store by phone: 604-739-8804 or 1-800-223-6346, or print your completed order and fax it to 1-604-739-8874. If you have more questions, please contact us through any of these methods or by email.

Does ODIN BOOKS accept purchase orders?

Absolutely. Choose the books you'd like to order, then contact the store directly.

What are your shipping rates?

See Shipping - the sixth item on the Navigation Menu below the header on our website. You can also call the store if you have a small amount to be shipped - ie, a few thin children's books or sensory toys, and we'll provide you with a reasonable rate. More information on shipping is located beside My Cart.

Why is the book/item I ordered not in stock?

At any given time, books are in the store, on hold by other customers as part of a larger order, being purchased by in-store customers, for sale at various conferences where ODIN BOOKS has a display, is sold out, in transit, or out of stock at the publisher's. We keep a large inventory to be able to fill most orders but sometimes, we get caught short. If we can't completely fill your order, staff will contact you to provide options and tentative delivery dates. They'll also inquire if you'd like part of your shipment sent or if you'd prefer to wait till your full order is ready before mailing.

What are your store hours?

We are open Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm although there may be closures due to holidays. The top left banner on ODIN BOOKS website will advise customers as will our voice mail if any holiday closures are in effect.

With all the construction on Broadway, where can I park?

ODIN BOOKS has parking spots designated for customers in the lane way behind the store. Access by Ontario off Broadway and turn left toward alley way, pass Quebec Street and continue toward the construction site. On your left side, you'll notice two parking spots labelled ODIN BOOKS. This is for our customer parking. We encourage you to use it. The alley can also be accessed off Main and 10th, turning right and driving toward the back of the store. Unfortunately, we don't have rear access so you'll have to continue around the building to the walkway in front of the store - just past the optometry shop. We look forward to seeing you soon!
